Return Process

  Log into your account and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack the Controller

  Securely place the 8BitDo 64 Controller in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure a full refund.

  Ship to Support

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
